Lush, green and peppery, Pasolivo Estate Tuscan is a blend of five Tuscan varietals grown in
Paso Robles. The olives are picked by hand and pressed within just a few hours. Pasolivo can be used in salads with a rich
balsamic vinegar, or as a finishing oil to drizzle over pasta, roasted potatoes, sautéed greens or a grilled steak.
A very intense oil with a grassy nose, a pepper finish and that hint of bitterness that is the hallmark of Tuscan varietal
oils.
