Our new oil is here. This first-of-the-season extra virgin olive oil is fresh off of the press.
Crushed and bottled within 24-hours of picking, our olio nuovo is viscous, deep green in color, clouded
with bits of olive, and packed with intense flavor. There's no confusing it with a mellow cooking oil. Because the oil
went straight from the mill to the bottle, it has a short shelf life. Consuming it within three months is best. If you'd
like to reserve a bottle (limit two), please send us a note below. Note, supplies of olio nuovo are very limited.

You can find us year round on Saturdays at
the farmers' market on Howard Avenue in Kensington, Maryland. The market is in the parking lot of the MARC train station.
