Real.  Fresh.

When it comes to extra virgin olive oil, real and fresh are the qualities you want.  And at All Things Olive, real and fresh is the only extra virgin olive oil we sell.

For you, our customer, real and fresh means that you get to experience a rare treat—what extra virgin olive oil really tastes like.  And as you'll discover, that can be a variety of flavors.  Depending on the type of olive and the time of year in which it is pressed—Thanksgiving to early January—real and fresh extra virgin olive oil can range from delicate and buttery, fragrant and fruity, olive-y and peppery, all the way up to leafy green and grassy.

Our search for real and fresh extra virgin olive oil led us to small—in some cases, tiny—family-owned farms in the valleys and coastal hills of northern and central California. In each, we've found someone whose passion for real, fresh extra virgin olive matched our own.

To complement our extra virgin olive oils, we've found what we believe are the best wine, apple cider, and balsamic vinegars now being created.  Barrel-aged, each reflects the specific type of fruit used to produce them.  We also offer you a selection of citrus- and herb-infused olive oils, as well as a variety of tapenades—each perfect as a dip or a dressing.  And again, all produced farm-fresh in California.
